Location Finder is an app that can find your location based on the GSM network. It does not require GPS, so it's great for when you are in an area where the GPS signal is weak or unavailable. This is particularly useful if you are inside a building, underground, or if you are in a region with poor GPS coverage.
It can also help you to know the geographical location of the cell phone towers of the GSM operator that is providing your wireless connection. It gives information of the serving and neighboring cells information along with their signal strength.
